Pouring a hazy, light orange color, this unfiltered Wheat Ale is brewed with coriander, orange peel, and grains of paradise. Expect a masterfully blended combination of mildly spicy notes and crisp, sweet, citrus flavors, which come together to create a full, flavorful brew with a light, refreshing finish.

Brewed in honor of close friend and family member to Fifty West, Allen White – This is a special beer.

The beer was first put into cans to not only celebrate 2016’s Fifty Fest, but to provide a free “golden ticket” for entry into the festival with the label itself.  The beer is a hit, especially as the warm weather sets in, which made it a natural fit for the time when Fifty West started canning their lineup of core beers in early 2018.

My Thoughts On Fifty West Doom Pedal

It’s a classic summertime style… The Belgian White Ale.  And this is a great example of what it can be.  It’s a light golden orange color with a small white head.

Aromas of sweet citrus, and rolling floral fields dominate the nose.

Light, and refreshing is a great way to describe it…but there is still a great underlying punch from the spices.  It’s not overpowering in the slightest…just full and well rounded.  Not an easy style to keep balanced, this one is a great example of what Fifty West can do… awesome.
