I know, Columbus isn’t really Cincinnati – and this is a Cincinnati Beer Blog, but I couldn’t help but at least make sure you were aware of the festival that’s going on this weekend.

Six One Pour is a beer festival that wraps up Columbus Beer Week, and it’s relevant to mention on here because a couple of our local guys are headed up there to pour their beer.

About The Festival

The festival kicks off on Saturday, May 20th at 5pm, and will run until 9pm.  It’s at Huntington Park (330 Huntington Lane Columbus, OH 43215).  There are somewhere around 55 different breweries that will be present pouring their beer (you can find the full list over at the six one pour website)

If the festival alone isn’t enough to peek your interest, it’s pretty sweet… with your ticket for entry to the festival (which runs from $50 to $75) you also get a free voucher for a ticket to a future Columbus Clippers game.

The festival is being held under the covered concourse at the park, so even if the weather isn’t perfect, the event should go on without a hitch (have I eliminated all your excuses yet?).  There’s live music, and food from the ballpark vendors, I think it sounds pretty sweet.
