I know you’ve heard of the annual Beefsteak dinner, right?  It’s annually the first event of Bockfest, and this year’s event (which is presented by Arnold’s Bar and Grill and The Brewery District) looks like it might be the best one yet.

Gone is just the Beefsteak Dinner… this year, welcome the Beefsteak Carnival!

The event has been completely reinvented this year, and Pam Kravetz and her collective of artists, The Polyester Spy Club, have completely transformed it into an evening of art, performances and unique Bockfest experiences.  There will be an all new carnival inspired menu by Ronda Breeden from Arnolds and beer pairings by Christian Moerlein.

The Highlights of the Party

I mean… obviously, just the though of Bockfest approaching (which means that Spring is on its way) is a highlight within itself.  But beyond that, they’ve prepared some really great stuff for this years event!.

  • Circus performances from Circus Mojo
  • Photo Booth from Floyd of the Universe
  • Jim Effler’s 2018 Bockfest poster reveal
  • Carnival Food
  • Bock Beer
  • Body Painting
  • Mud Wrestling
  • Jugglers
  • Fire Breathers
  • Tea Leaf Readings
  • Strolling Musicians
  • Games and Prizes
  • and more!

The Details

If you’re interested in the party, you need to know that it is being held on Saturday, January 27th starting at 6:30pm in the historic Kauffman Brewery malthouse, which is now the home of the Christian Moerlein Brewing Company.

If you’re on the fence, know that this event is a big part of Bockfest.  Not just to kick things off, but to raise money.  All of the proceeds from the event go towards the parade, security, etc.

Your ticket includes dinner, drinks, free parking, and a signed copy of this years bockfest poster.  Tickets are $55 or $95 a couple, and you can get them online at Bockfest.com
