This week’s episode of Cincy Brewcast was recorded live, on location at Streetside Brewing Company with Garrett Hickey. It was an exciting Monday as the brewery helped their friends at Cleveland’s Masthead Brewing celebrate their one year anniversary with a satellite party by tapping three of their beers.

It’s been a little while since we’ve gotten the chance to chat with Garrett & Co, and a lot has been happening at the brewery, including the release of some big barrel aged stouts. It all brings up a great question of how you divide your time (and your space) on different ideas, and different products – a decision that Streetside is facing now more than ever. We dove into the topic head first and tried to get a glimpse at what makes it all come together.

We took a look also at what makes a state like Ohio such a great beer state, and some of the pieces of the puzzle that can make or break it when people come to visit the first time.

It’s a long show – we covered a lot, and drank some fantastic beers along the way… yep – sounds like Cincy Brewcast to me!
